Where a form passes your details to a contractor or a partner service, the page carrying the form says so before you submit it, and the recipient becomes responsible for what they do with your information under their own policy.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for or store payment details, government identifiers, or health information. We do not require an account, and none of the site's calculators asks for an email address or a phone number at any point, including before showing you a result.

Why we are allowed to hold it. Technical and analytics data is processed because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site working and understanding whether it is useful. Correspondence and form submissions are processed because you sent them to us for a purpose.

Who else sees it. Our hosting provider processes the technical data necessary to serve pages to you. Our analytics provider processes usage data.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, which will not stop the site working.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and residents of some United States jurisdictions including Florida and California have specific statutory rights along these lines.

Children. This site is written for adult homeowners and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes. If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
